You may call to cancel with no penalty up to 15 days in advance. Cancelling between 3-14 days in advance will result in a one-night charge. With less than three days' notice, you'll be charged the full amount of your stay. Most people traveling to Alaska know within two weeks if they are going to be able to make their trip. If we haven't heard from you, we'll expect you and keep your room for you.

Generous, continental breakfast is provided in your kitchen so you can enjoy it when you like.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, travellers checks, and cash for payment.

Check in time is between 4-10 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m.
If you're arriving after 10 p.m., please call ahead to let us know when to expect you.

Quiet hours are observed between 10 p.m.- 7 a.m. everyday. Because so many travelers come in from other time zones, and with the sun shining brightly at 2 or 3 a.m., it can be challenging to lure your body into sleep. Please help other guests get a good night's rest by respecting Queit Hours.

There is no smoking inside the buildings. Please dispose of your butts.

Pets are allowed on approval at the time of the reservation, if a Pet-OK room is available. The cost is $20/night per pet per night.

We have a Siberian Husky named Little Girl. She lives in the common areas and sleeps in Karen's room. She isn't permitted in guest rooms, but for guests who are highly allergic, this may not be the best location for your stay.
