Cancellation Policies



Upon making a reservation you'll receive a confirmation e-mail from us.


It is our practice not to charge a deposit. Payment in full is due upon check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, travelers checks, and cash for payment. If you would prefer to pay a portion or all of your total in advance of your stay, give us a call at (907) 746-2333 and we can assist you.


You may call to cancel with no penalty up to 7 days in advance. Cancelling between 3-7 days in advance will result in a one-night charge. With less than 48 hours notice, you'll be charged the full amount of your stay. If we haven't heard from you, we'll expect you and have your cottage or apartment ready for you!

We are here to greet you for Check In between 4-10 p.m. If you're arriving after 10 p.m., it's no problem. There will be a Welcome letter for you on the front door of our B&B/main house, to guide you to your cottage or apartment. Check out is by 11 a.m. Sometimes we can accommodate an earlier check-in or a later check-out if you give us notice ahead of time.

Generous, continental breakfast is provided in your kitchen so you can enjoy it when you like. We provide a variety of items so that if you don't enjoy or can't eat a particular item, there will be several other things to choose from. Generally, each day's breakfast basket includes a homemade entree such as quiche or omlettes, muffins or breads, fresh fruit, yogurt or oatmeal, and juice, and the menu varies daily.

There is no smoking inside the buildings. Please dispose of your butts in a garbage receptacle.

Pets are allowed on approval, at the time of the reservation. The cost is $20 charge per pet, per night. Please let us know the number and kind of pets you'd like to bring with you. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside of your cottage or apartment.
